In addition to our regular units and climate enhanced units, we also off parking stalls. These are full concrete parking stalls, with security camera surveillance 24-7, and access to a dump station. The size, price and reservation information is below:
-12×40 Parking Stall – $120.00 (Monthly)
Additional Fee: There is a $25 ($50 for units above 300 Sq. Ft.) Security Deposit which covers your lock w/ 3 keys. This fee is fully refundable when you move out, ask us how!
