Garden of the Gods Self Storage is hosting a storage unit auction on February 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 4905 N 30th Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80919.

To bid, you must register in person before the auction starts.
Registration will take place at the front office of Garden of the Gods Self Storage on the morning of the sale, ahead of the 10:00 AM start time.

Storage Auction Rules
A few standard rules apply to our storage auction:
- Bidders are bidding on the contents of the entire unit, not individual items.
- Each unit is sold in an open auction format (no sealed bids).
- The unit is sold to the highest bidder.
- The winning bid must be paid in cash immediately after the auction for that unit.
- A cash deposit may be required until the unit is completely cleaned out. The deposit is returned once the unit is cleared.
- The winning bidder typically has 24 to 48 hours to remove all items from the unit or choose to rent the unit under their own name.
- Vehicles, watercraft, trailers, and other titled items will be towed away by Klaus Towing on the day of the auction.
- Personal items such as family photos, legal documents, tax records, and identification must be returned to the storage facility.
- Any firearms found in a unit must be turned over to local law enforcement.
Paying for Your Unit
If you place the top bid on a unit:
- You must pay the full balance in cash immediately after winning.
- Once payment is complete (and any deposit is made), you can usually begin clearing out the unit right away within the allowed time frame.
